Each Age Zero™ glass vial contains purified, clinical-grade exosomes derived from human umbilical cord stem cells, suspended in sterile saline.
The product is free of animal components, serum, added growth factors, and preservatives.
“Age Zero™” refers to stem cells and exosomes derived from Wharton’s Jelly of the human umbilical cord (hUC-WJ).
These are the youngest and most pristine human cells and exosomes that can be harnessed. Unlike cells from adult tissues, they have not been subjected to aging, disease, or environmental stress, making them exceptionally potent for rejuvenation.
Wharton's jelly (from donated umbilical cord of healthy, live birth): Abundant, superior potency, high proliferation capacity, ethically sourced, and immune privileged. *Considered the "Gold Standard"*
Cord blood: Safe and easy to collect, but fewer cells and less potent. Might also contain maternal contaminations such as DNA or vaccine residues.
Placenta, Amniotic Fluid & Chorionic layer: Lots of cells and high potency, but higher risk of contamination with maternal cells or vaccine residue.
Bone marrow & adipose tissue: Older donors, invasive collection, not as immune privileged, undefined quality and potency, more limited regenerative capacity, cells will have been subjected to aging, environmental stress, diseases, and might even harbor mutations.

Shipping schedule:
Domestic orders ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
International orders usually ship Mondays or Tuesdays.
*All orders need to be paid by noon NY time one business day before shipping day.
*Tracking is provided the day/evening of shipping.
Expected delivery time:
Unless affected by weather or UPS delays, your package should arrive the day after it ships (shipping date- not order date).
Business addresses: usually by 10:30 AM, must be present for signature

Strict quality control, temperature management, and packaging validation require advance preparation.
Our exosome vials are stored in a special clean room, and lab staff need time to properly prepare and pack the vials. To ensure safety and quality, orders must be placed and paid a day in advance.
Scientific Findings:
• Frozen Storage (-20°C): Stable for at least 6 months Please also refer to CofC.
• Refrigerated Storage (2–8°C): While we recommend as best practice 3 months, our data shows that exosomes stored in a standard refrigerator are stable for over a year, with no loss in integrity or performance.
• Room Temperature Stability (~74°F): Preliminary evaluations have confirmed that Age Zero™ Exosomes remain stable for 30 days or more at room temperature. More comprehensive data will soon be available, but we are confident in their
resilience for short-term temperature fluctuations.
Age Zero™ exosomes are resilient. Short-term exposure (up to a few days at ~74°F) does not compromise their integrity or efficacy.
Exosomes are naturally stable at body temperature (~98.6°F).
Avoid prolonged exposure to ambient temperatures to retain optimal efficacy, and avoid any exposure to temperatures above 100°F.
Generally, we recommend placing thawed or partially thawed vials back into cold storage as soon as possible- freezer for longer storage or refrigerator for shorter-term use. Repeated freeze-thaw cycles at your site should be avoided.
If unsure, contact our team for guidance.
Ideally, thaw them as gently as possible.
Remove vial from the freezer and store in the refrigerator ~ 1 hour before treatment.
The day of use, it’s best to remove only the dose you plan to use and let it reach room temperature (e.g. in a syringe) before application. Keep the vial stored in the refrigerator at all other times.
While short temperature changes won’t harm the exosomes, repeated warming and cooling cycles are not ideal.
Fresh exosomes keep their natural structure and full biological activity, ensuring the best results.
Freeze-drying (lyophilization) can introduce additives and cause structural changes that may affect potency, consistency, and the integrity of the exosomal cargo.
Although fresh exosomes require refrigeration, this ensures maximum efficacy, far outweighing the convenience of longer shelf-life.

No. Exosomes are acellular vesicles that cannot replicate and do not integrate into host DNA or form tumors.
Stem cell-derived exosomes typically do not contain DNA. DNA is below detection limits.
Age Zero™ exosome cargo contain mostly small regulatory molecules (proteins, lipids, microRNAs); any RNA fragments are non-replicating and cannot alter DNA.
Immunoprivileged means less likely to trigger immune reactions, making them safe for allogeneic use.
